Founded by Jarkko Sipilä in 2020, CoachLink Oy became an independent service provider in January 2025. We are committed to enhancing workplace well-being, productivity, and growth by fostering motivation, commitment, and trust within our clients' organizational culture.

"During my first career, I have held business leadership roles in several multinational companies and startups. I worked for over 20 years in sales, management and executive positions in the information and telecommunications industry.

 

I started my second career as a certified (ICF) Executive and Business Coach in 2018. Since then I have coached leadership teams of large, medium-sized, and small companies, as well as hundreds of individuals in both one-on-one and group coaching sessions.
